To schedule an appointment please fill out the below form.  You can also contact us at 425.644.5375, or at info@abundantspring.com.  Will respond to your request within 24-hours or less.  If you have any concerns or specific question please include this with your information below.  

During your first visit we will go over your history, develop an treatment plan, answer questions,  and you will receive a treatment.   We recommend that you bring any labs, treatments, or previous diagnosis if possible.  We are able to request you records after your first visit.
