Location
Abundant Spring is located in Bellevue at 1406 – 140th Place NE, Suite
108 and is easily accessible from SR 520, I-405 and I-90.
Parking is plentiful and more importantly, free!
From SR 520:
Exit at 148th Ave NE and head south towards I-90.
Turn right on Bel-Red Rd.
Follow Bel-Red to 140th Ave NE and turn left.
Proceed about an eighth of mile and turn left on NE 14th St.
You will see the sign for Rockwood Office Park on your left.
Turn left into the Rockwood Office Park and veer right at the end of the driveway.
Building 1406 is ahead on the right.
From I-405:
From either direction on 405, exit at NE 8th St, ensuring you are on the ramp heading East.
(From southbound 405 exit ramp you will turn right onto NE 8th. From
northbound 405, the ramp will end with you heading in the right
direction on NE 8th.)
Proceed about 2 miles to 140th Ave NE
Turn left on 140th Ave NE and proceed about 1 mile to NE 14th St.
Turn right on NE 14th St.
You will see the sign for Rockwood Office Park on your left.
Turn left into the Rockwood Office Park and veer right at the end of the driveway.
Building 1406 is ahead on the right.
From I-90:
Exit at 148th Ave NE and head north towards SR-520. (You will pass Bellevue Community College).
Proceed about three miles to NE 8th St and turn left.
Take NE 8th St about one-half mile to NE 140th Ave NE and turn right.
Proceed about 1 mile to NE 14th Street.
Turn right on NE 14th Street.
You will see the sign for Rockwood Office Park on your left.
Turn left into the Rockwood Office Park and veer right at the end of the driveway.
Building 1406 is ahead on the right.
