Our fees are outlined below and are effective July 1, 2010.
Services at NCRS Kirkland
Day of embryo transfer (includes two acupuncture treatments) $250
Post-retrieval or Pre-IUI: $160
We are unable to provide onsite services at any other clinic at this time. Please contact us for a referral.
Services at our Bellevue office
Lee Hullender Rubin, DAOM, LAc
New Patient - consultation, treatment plant and acupuncture treatment (2 hours) $200
Established Patient - 15 minute consultation of established patient, acupuncture or herb treatment (45 min - 1 hour) $100
Practitioner Consult $100
Holly Fritz, LAc
New Patient- consultation, treatment plant and acupuncture treatment (2 hours) $180
Established Patient - 15 minute consultation of established patient, acupuncture or herb treatment (45 min - 1 hour) $90
For those with insurance
We do not accept insurance at Abundant Spring. We will be happy to provide you with a receipt on the date of service so you may submit a claim to your flex account or insurance plan. As an alternative, Dr Hullender Rubin is an insurance provider at the Bastyr Cener for Natural Health, where she supervises Master's student interns.
